The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was amazing—always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. Our room, while compact, was very clean, modern, and serviced regularly. We had such a wonderful time and highly recommend staying at the Arlo Midtown for anyone visiting NYC!"

"We had a great stay. The front desk was amazing. Proximity to MSG was phenomenal for the concert. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. We also enjoyed the Tick Tock diner, great food. The rooms were very clean and neat. The balcony was amazing with a great view. If youre ever going to to a concert at MSG this is the place to stay. 1 block away from the venue. Will definitely stay again."

"This was an excellent choice for a very affordable safe, clean, convenient room to myself in Midtown Manhattan. Lots of options as well for those who want to spend less and share one of many bathrooms in the hallway, really fun lively bar on the property and the staff are great. No complaints whatsoever."
