"Loved the Glass elevators and The ability to overlook Times Square from the restaurant Windows. Didn’t love the sleeping accommodations. The bed sucked. Somehow ended up in a handicap room and the bed was low, too soft and extremely uncomfortable. Could be that we’re just very spoiled with a very good bed at home. The view from the room was amazing when the weather permitted. From the 36th floor, we could see the Hudson river and all the way across to New Jersey. If the bed had been better, we...

"We had a very long lay over. The shuttle picked us up and returned us to the airport in a timely manner. The beds were great and we were well rested for the final stretch of our trip. The Resturant located in the hotel made it easy for us to and go straight to bed. No transportation needed "
