"I like the chain and I like this hotel particularly except for one thing. Sadly, the one thing is so bothersome that I will not be back. I perceive a faint smell of drainage (in Spanish: "aguas negras") all over the building. The worst thing is that I reported this several months back, also on this forum, and no attention seems to have been made to it. On the plus side, an otherwise truly perfect business hotel. "

"The location was wonderful since we wanted to be downtown and it was great to have a parking garage. The price was also great. However, the beds were hard as a rock, the towels were more like rags than towels, and the room layout and decoration was awkward at best. "

"When I arrived, they said they didn't have my reservation but "lucky" for me, they had rooms available. So I paid for a room, in cash. When I got to my room, it smelled like sewage and it wasn't cleaned up. When I went down to tell them, they told me they'll clean it but that they found my reservation and that I had to pay more because I was quoted more in the reservation. Super unpleasant experience. "
