"This property is connected to Riverwalk Outlets and there is an entrance to the Cruise Terminal from the Outlets. Very convenient for those who are cruising. A good .8 mile walk to French Quarter. Nice restaurant below. My room was spacious, but the pipes were old. Turning on the cold or hot water created a noise in the walls. We were here 3 nights and in the lobby near 5pm, they had holiday cookies, mini cupcakes, drink, & jambalaya. It was a nice surprise. My family enjoyed the hotel and...

"We stayed here for New Years! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Coffee and store needs work. Stayed for 5 nights and expesso machine broke the whole time. Staff was slow or no one to make us coffee. Hotel is in a great place, easygoing and you can walk everywhere. One block from Bourbon Street. We felt safe and comfortable. Even with the tragedy on Bourbon Street. New Orleans went above and beyond with security. This hotel has character and we would stay here again."
