「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「Most people we met that worked at the hotel were pleasant EXCEPT the check in/out counter (multiple people cold, short, rude). Walkable to convention center and French quarter. Nice size rooms and clean but definitely needs some updating (and the elevators are SUPER SCARY!). 」

「We loved this hotel — the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. They were always friendly and full of suggestions when we were looking for recommendations. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, bars etc. It was clean and the courtyard was a fabulous place to wind down after walking around New Orleans all day. We’ll certainly be back again!」
