"This is my go to hotel when I need time for self. I relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Room is always fresh and clean. I prefer firmer pillows. The pillows are too soft. But that’s not a negative thing. It’s just not my preference to have soft pillows. "

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"I booked this one because it showed a hot tub, but the hot tub was broke. They said it has been for years. And they tried to get 3rd party sites too stop advertising it. Also breakfast is not included. Items extra. But it is a nice hotel and rooms were good. "

"We have stayed here many times over the years . Property is nice , rooms clean and staff very nice . Also less than 30 min drive to Cleveland Clinic main campus and it is more reasonably priced than hotels there "
