"The hotel is beautiful, but the furniture in the room was very dated and scratched up. The carpet in the room and hallway were very dirty, like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The happy hour was very short staffed, which made a long line and irritated many of the guests. The breakfast was nice just crowded and the floor was sticky, needed to be mopped where the food was served. Stranger in lobby area asking for our room number and name, beware! Overall was quiet and pleasant. "

"We have stayed in Atlanta 3 times and this is the cleanest and friendliest hotel with the best breakfast. Across the street from a nice big mall with dining everywhere. Would definitely stay again. "

"The customer service rep at the front was so sweet! Me and bae went on a stay-cation for valentine's day cause we didn’t fell comfortable going in a plane rn and decided to stay here. It was so nice. The room was not super clean because it seemed like the last couple had a lot of fun and some spots were missed on the couch. The rest of the room and the property itself was clean though. The woman who checked us in was so sweet."
