I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The property claimed to be wheelchair accessible, but I was placed in a room designed for vision-impaired guests instead of the wheelchair-accessible room I had booked. The room was too small for my disabled mother to move around comfortably, which was frustrating.
Additionally, I was charged $250 for valet parking, which was supposed to cover three nights. The charge was $50 per night, but we only stayed for three nights, so it should have been a total of $150. Unfortunately, I was never refunded the extra $100 even though staff said it would go back on my card.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient for the activities we had planned, which made the trip a bit easier.
Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, especially with the billing issues and the room not meeting my needs.
