"The overall cleanliness of the room was really dirty. The room smelled like mildew. The sheets were not cleaned and the mattress was stained in multiple areas. The window curtain was dirty and the curtain appeared to have blood stains. The bath tub had dark stains on the tub floor. Some of the internal walls had dry wall that was coming apart. "This was a simple property but exactly what we needed for one quick night - located close to airport (as advertised) and the check in and out process was very simple. We didn't need much so are easy to please! Only downside was that due to the set-up (which was a risk in booking a motel style) was that there was a very loud member of the public trying to get into a room where someone they knew was for many hours overnight, yelling and banging. "This place was definitely a vibe. It was beautiful and funky looking. The decoration was adorable. Since the moment you walked in, you felt very cozy and at home. The bar area was super happening in the afternoon and also at night. We did not eat at the hotel, but the bar snacks were good and so were the drinks. The room was big and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. It’s also next to that big mall so you have plenty of places to go and shop and eat."
