I hate to give bad reviews but this was filthy when I arrive. My hallway/bedroom smelled like dog urine, my walls had left over food spatters all over them. Cabinets were dirty, fridge had food residue on it, mirror were dirty, bed still had hair on it from previous clients, bathtub had a dark ring around it, & stove still had grease residue on the walls! I got moved into a new room but not till 1:30pm the next day! The only good thing about the place were the employees because they were nice & very understanding. 2

It was okay short term. The Bathtub was dirty and cracked with built up dirt in it, neighbors arguing and slamming doors, walls are very thin you can hear EVERYTHING. What was good about the property was security doing rounds and the units come with necessary equipment such as stocked kitchen and a full size fridge.

It was convenient easy to set up, we experienced a roach a day and there was someone’s hair tie on the floor and hairs around the room that didn’t belong to us. The walls had black marks, couch was dirty and the refrigerator smelled of fish. The bed creaked, pillows weren’t comfortable and the person above us was walking across the floor at all hours of the night and early morning and their bed creaked as well. Price was ok.

I really liked that I felt safe in the area. It was in a nice area and everything is close to the apartments. I liked that there was appliances which allowed me to cook instead of eating out all the time. The thing that was most important to me besides cleanliness and safety was it having a fitness center because of the reason we were there. The center had a treadmill and an elliptical machine, both which did not work. The pool was also not in service. We ended up having to look for a gym out of the property so we could meet our goals.

The bad: upon arrival, room smelled like an ashtray, and there was ashes in the toilet paper dispenser. Dishwasher hadn't been dried properly so that smelled when I opened it. Floors, walls, upholstery and curtains could use some deep cleaning. The good: full kithnette, full fridge, full size microwave, all dishes, pots, cutting board, utensils, napkins, dish soap, dishwasher, mini fridge, detergent, and sponge were included. Online portal, check-in, check-out, etc. was a great option as well as on site security. For a last min rental it was convenient and the communication option via text was an added plus.

Walls are very thin, could hear the couple in the next room arguing several times. Hair still in tub and a half smokin cigarette butt was left sitting on top of one of the picture frames in the room. Not worth the money what so ever. Plus the 24 hour spa is closed… so don’t expect the amenities they advertise. Terrible experience!
