The only "complaint" is figuring out where and how to check in. ONCE you got that figured out, the stay is a dream."

"Nice little place in very good location. 50 yard walk to water front Alii Street full of good restaurants. Very popular place. Would have been nice to have a table to eat at. I always found a place to park but parking is difficult. It is what it is. There was a $270+ fee added to my charge that I was not made aware of at time of booking. Otherwise it was a pretty inexpensive place to stay in an expensive destination"

"We were in Unit #128 first floor. Pro's: staff was friendly. 1. Aliyah took the time to give us all the local places we would enjoy. 2. We had access to hot tub and pool area. "Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
