"We booked Colonial Inn for a family trip to WNC in September, but had to cancel due to Hurricane Helene. We decided to rebook at Colonial to celebrate my daughter's graduation from WCU. The first plus was the affordable rates, second that they will allow pets, and third they provide a light breakfast. The rooms are clean and cozy. The area is well lit. The walking area for pets is ample. And the property is quiet. I hope to be back in the spring to take advantage of the fire pit! "

Julie, the owner is one of the nicest people and I always look forward to staying here. They will cook and serve breakfast and are more than accommodating!
