"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. "The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. "I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."

Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...
