"Excellent location six minute walk from train station safe area, shops and restaurants easy accessibility. Our room is quiet the windows open, which is nice in the winter for a little bit of cold when the room is hot the staff was pleasant had minimal interaction with them."

"Best bed i had in over two weeks in Europe. While walkable from MIDI train station, you have to walk through a huge 3rd world flea market, even the train conductor repeatedly warned of pickpockets. Limited selections in restaurant, but breakfast was good. Liked the hotel a lot more than Brussels."

All the staff we encountered were amazing and so friendly and accommodating, especially Eva, who welcomed us on arrival, is a credit to your hotel and Marc who helped us in other ways was amazing. "This quirky, small hotel is unique in terms of atmosphere, and decorations. The hotel overwhelms the visitor with vibrant colors, artwork and statues (similar to John Sloane's famous house in London). The owner - Ben, is from Morocco and is super friendly. "Great location since this is located right next to Brussels central train station. We had access to the executive lounge however this room was not offering much food during the times we went inside. Bottled water was provided to us only in our room the very first night then after that we had to purchase these items each night. The rooms needed more lights to see inside and the bathrooms had hot water at all times. Our family would stay again if we decided to go back for a visit."

"Great location, if you're lucky enough to get a room overlooking the square then the views are beautiful. The walls are a bit thin though, so hopefully you won't have noisy neighbours like us. "

"The property was located in the heart of the city in the Grand Place area. This was both good and bad. The good was its location to everything including the central train station we took from the Brussels airport, the bad was the noise which seemed to only stop at 2am and then start back up at 6am when the trucks invaded the streets to make deliveries and LOTS of noise. Our room as in the front right over the entrance so we heard EVERYTHING. I highly recommend bringing earplugs if noise bothers...

"This was the most conveniently located hotel hop on a quick train to Brussels Central, Ghent and Brugge. The staff was so phenomenal, kind, respectful, and just overall positive attitude I highly recommend staying here. There’s a grocery store and several shops within the station and several dining options outside of the station. In addition it was raining and we didn’t have to leave the train station. They had their own entrance within the station conveniently located right by Eurostar so you can hop on that to go to London or Paris which we did."
