"I was very happy with this stylish "mini apartment". The kitchenette has microwave and keurig coffeemaker (with supplies to make coffee) and a fridge with freezer. There are no utensils, bowls, plates etc. I would bring an ice cube tray then you don't have to go far for the ice machine, where there were also washing machines and dryers. There are 2 huge TV's and 2 sinks (one outside bathroom with a counter and huge mirror). There's A table with 4 chairs, 2 cube ottomans, a couch and another chair and desk. I could've had a party! The way the hotel is set up the balconies and pool are on the high traffic and loud side of route 27, even though the hotel is not ON route 27. The room is quiet when you close the sliding door and the bedrooms are in back and quiet. Breakfast in lobby is just wrapped muffins, cereal bars and granola bars and 24hr coffee (keurig) with liquid cream rather than powder in rooms. "

"A beautiful property with very clean rooms and nice finishes. We were in the off season so very quiet. It is on the main road so very easy to get too and from ther areas in the Hamptons. Fabulous breakfast restaurant on the property. "

Wasnt expecting much but the staff was AMAZING the place was clean the pool was nice. even thought about staying another day because we enjoyed the stay. pillows and beds were pretty comfy. the building is clearly a bit on the older side so plumbing and shower were just okay but sufficient. would definitely recommend "
