"The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there. "

"The property was so clean. Had fantastic views and walkable to Queentown along the lake. Steep hill back though. Bus stops out the front. They have thought of everything. Coffee machine and pods. Gas fire. Robes in all the wardrobes. Really felt like home."

"Thought we had booked a Deluxe room with balcony. First room was small and we were moved but had no sitting area. As a hotel room it was fine other than lack of towel racks or hooks"

"Great location. Great value for money. Lift was slow and the hallways were a bit tatty. Let down by the breakfast down stairs as the cafe is extremly small, cramped and tea and coffee was not included as part of "breakfast included"!!. Regardless, we would stay here again."
