"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"The property is nice. It’s a nice 3.5-4 star resort. Staff here is excellent and incredibly friendly. Beach is a lagoon to ocean. Dinning was good. Area around hotel is ok. It’s about 5 mins to Hurghada main city."
