"Feels luxurious. Only thing missing is a pool. A facility like this should come with a pool at this price… It’s overpriced for what they offer. The only ‘’walk’’ around the facility is the shopping mall. Maybe the location does not allow a walkable garden but it would be a nice addition. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The room were very clean and the staff very helpful, respectful and kind. The location is great too. The card machine did not work and I had to pay cash. I hope this will be fixed in the future. I will definitely recommend."

"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
