"The property was great, especially for thre price. But the phone lines were and continue to be down, making communication with hotel staff cumbersome. The rooms are very spacious but if yuo want to use the kitchen in the suite, the equipment (pots and pans) is of poor quality, as is that in their fitness center. The room was missing coffee filters too, making me have to walk downstairs to the front desk first thing in the morning (because of the downed phone lines) to ask for some. Otherwise,...

"I was given Fuji water and was very sick for a day, they informed me the water was contaminated! Some staff not friendly untill the checkout. "

"Our first impression checking in with Cole at the front desk was awesome! He was super friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. Hotel shuttle drivers Taylor and Jacob were also awesome...very friendly and authentic. Remmie in hospitality was also great! Again super friendly. The entire staff at Za Za is a great reflection of the hotel and we will definitely stay here again."
