「The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. 「They had excellent communication, it was easy to get to the cabin and door key pad worked great. It was very clean, the floors are industrial carpeted, so I recommend bringing slippers or house shoes so you aren’t wearing your shoes inside. The water pressure on the shower was minimal- which can be expected when glamping- so don’t expect to take a long hot shower and wash your hair. Remember you are comfort camping :) the little extras were great! S’mores kit, hot cocoa, tea, water, etc. 」

「The staff was terrific -- friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful! The room was clean. The comfortable room and the soaking tub were the highlights of the trip, as was the sauna. A room with a view and soaking tub is highly recommended. The rooms and shared spaces are beautiful, warm, and smell very good. 「The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making...
