"Fantastic stay with a perfect location"

"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...

"Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Room wasn’t ready for an early check in but was offered another room instead. Great service. Breakfast was very good too. "

"Ideally located, lovely hotel in a safe area. Nice walk to the river. Lots of restaurants etc in the area. Facilities excellent, the spa was peaceful and the rooms were well appointed. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."
