"Excellent from start to finish, reception staff brilliant always went above & beyond, especially Yolanda & Bryan who despite being a newbie, sorted a minor issue for us. The breakfast was so good, friendly staff, great choices, best breakfast we’ve had anywhere. The style of the hotel was so on trend, pristinely clean and well presented in every area. "Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good."

"Second visit to this hotel and as good as ever. Bedrooms spotless as is hotel itself. Fantastic range of food on offer to suit everyone. Great to be able to visit 3 bars within the hotel, especially on a chilly night. Entertainment on in all bars plus happy hour 8 until 9 pm. Cannot fault the hotel, definitely 10/10. "

"The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity. "The property is undergoing referbishment which does affect its overall score but the staff were excellent and the whole trip was cost effective. A point of concern was the thinness of walls as it was possible yo hear noise from adjacent rooms. It is a considerable stroll from the centre of Ali ante but that is why it's reasonably priced.Our small Pomeranian dog was very welcomed into hotel areas."
