"Historic and beautiful. The room, the lobby, the staff. I do feel the lobby should serve drinks from their bars to patrons who are lounging in the lobby, similar to The Peabody. Especially on NYE. But our stay was excellent! "

"Only significant complaint that I have is that I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray in it. Another small issue is that they ask for a $30 cash deposit in advance that they hold until the next day for potential damages. Although that is not much money, most people don't carry cash nowadays, and they should allow a small hold of $30 on a debit card."

"Need to get the ice machine fixed. They only have one and it was out of order. Room was clean. Bathroom could have used a little more TLC. There was hair in bathtub and in sink. "

"Brandy was so nice and welcome. Our initial contact was warm and inviting and that seemed to be the theme through my stay. The establishment was new, clean, and quiet. Highly recommended!!"

"Great for the price, quiet, only problem is flat pillows and no vending machines and ice machine didn’t work but wasn’t a problem as there are nearby places with short drive to get ice, overall satisfied for the price and will stay again "
