"It was a nice stay. The only thing the verbiage on the free bottle of water is misleading. I thought water was complimentary but I paid $20 dollars for water."

"Check in was unbearably slow. 45 minutes I was stood there while the front office staff meandered through check in, one lady took that long to check in 1 set of guests. No idea why but it was the last thing you want after a long day of travel. One other guy was walking around like a headless chicken at one stage. Sort it out! Was a bad start to my stay"

"Although the hotel is on the older side, our room was large and the facilities nice. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with a noisy refrigerator in our room, but it was fixed immediately. Great service!"
