"Overall a lovely stay. Staff was incredibly professional, courteous and professional. The hotel room was very clean. They are undergoing renovations and still repairing from the double hurricanes, so not all amenities were available, but this is indicated on their site, so good transparency. Located very close to the beach (they are on the Bay, no private beach, just the pool), but the beach is a short walk away, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay again when renovations...

"The suites were spacious and clean. The parking was awful. Not enough spaces for guests. Employees and workers parked in the limited spaces. You could call and get a pass to park in public parking. They only staff office until 4. The key cards stopped working consistently so had to call. I felt bad for the person on the other line because we had to call a lot."

"Love this hotel!! Great value for top quality hotel and location. Bathrooms need some better upkeep/need to be Redone/retiled. But absolutely love this hotel! The food at the Shor restaurant is amazing, for adults and kids. Amazing breakfast and dinner. 2nd stay in 4 months!"

"Enjoyed the location. Able to walk to several nice restaurants, shops, ice cream shop. Noticed a lot of young families, retired couples and college age groups. Plenty of activities for all. We rented the beach cabanas on one of the days we stayed, available until 5pm, very nice. Ordered breakfast 2 of the mornings delivered to our room. Ate on our balcony, food was amazing, and cannot beat the view of the gulf. Definitely will visit again. Also, nice little extra, gift shop opened 24 hrs. Nice...
