「Very nice stay with kitchen, can prepare dinner and breakfast by myself 」

「The location of the apartment is good. Near the underground station. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay and we had to walk stairs with luggage.」

「Clean and a very comfortable sleep. Room was great - appeared reasonably freshly decorated, and provided a minifridge, kettle and microwave, along with a hairdryer. Bathroom was very compact but worked well, although a few of the bathroom floor tiles appeared to be loose. Easy to get in once you figure out the door unlocking via mobile. Overall yes I would stay here again. 」

「Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state. We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets...

「Absolutely stunning and so much larger than I imagined. Plenty of room beautiful decor. Friendly helpful 24hr staff. I cannot recommend it more. I will definitely stay again. Quiet street close to tube and bus. Just perfect. 」

「Hygiene is a big issue. The washroom basin was stuck, and the water stayed in the basin with some stuff coming out. They have to solve it twice, unluckily that was my last date of stay.」

「我們入主六晚，當中有3晚沒有水，早上沒水洗面擦牙，連晚上亦無水沖涼，最慘小朋友沖到中途沒有水，絕對沒有想到這麽簡單的供水問題亦會一而再三發生，非常令人失望，令我們的行程帶來非常大的不便！ 雖然職員盡量安撫，亦有一晚安排低層房間作沖涼之用，但不是暫時一刻的問題，经歷連續三天擔心沒有水，早上出門時間大失預算，回酒店後想盡快洗澡休息亦不能，非常疲累！」

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

「Voor ons bezoek aan Londen hebben wij vijf nachten verbleven in een ruim en schoon appartement. Het bed was goed, de badkamer ruim en de keuken netjes en voldoende uitgerust. Wij hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanuit ons appartement op de zevende verdieping, het metrostation is binnen tien minuten te voet bereikbaar. Voor de deur een busstation en een fijne suppermarkt voor de deur. Mochten we Londen nogmaals bezoeken dan zullen we zeker weer kiezen voor dit verblijf.」
