Few items kept us from giving 5 Stars/10s across the board. The HVAC system in our room sounded like a slamming door everytime the system kicked off. Took us a while to realize that’s what the noise was, and that it wasn’t teenage guests slamming doors at 3 am. The system worked beautifully, otherwise. Also, the bathroom sink was plumbed...
