"We had a family suite which was huge and very clean , the view from outside our suite was amazing we especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel it was just awesome so was the breakfast buffet every morning . The staff was very friendly and helpful , Nazli helped put our tours together for the day I will def recommend it everyone !!! "

"Great location, amazing views and a delightful breakfast and service. At check-in the staff made a few recommendations for excursions and dinner reservation which we booked and was very pleased. The room was very nice but our bathroom had a bad odor from a mold/mildew problem, we had to keep the bathroom window open for proper ventilation. The TV could not convert to English-speaking movies, which was disappointing. "

"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places...
