We recently stayed at this hotel for over 12 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and hospitable. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining our room, ensuring it was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The front desk staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's overall atmosphere was very pleasant, making it a perfect home away from home. We truly appreciated the level of service and attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay.

The staff are great but it needs more work.
The staff were excellent but the hotel has only been open 3 weeks and needs more work yet. We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy from the restaurant next door, cars going in and out of the garage, the banging of doors in the corridor. There were light fittings missing in the ceiling and one light fitting hanging down. We had to ask for the cleaner to service the room as it hadn’t been done. While I would love to give it a better rating as the staff are trying really hard it’s not possible with all the things that still need to be fixed.

Overall, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The biggest issue was the constant loud music throughout the night, from the restaurant nearby that kept me up. One of our rooms had the electricity go out, which made us switch rooms. In the second room they gave us, the power went out again in the middle of the night. Biggest issues that really ruined our stay was the music at night and the power going out twice.

Zimmer/Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her sehr ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr modern und neu. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber. In dem Zimmer hatten wir alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Zimmer sind sehr detailliert und modern ausgestattet, es wurde sogar daran gedacht einen Gebetsteppich in die Schublade zu legen. Außerdem gab es einen modernen Fernseher der mit allem ausgestattet war (Netflix, YouTube etc.), eine Minibar, einen Trisor für die Wertsachen, Getränke (Wasser, Kaffe und Tee), ein sehr bequemes King-Size Bett mit sauberem Bettbezug. Zudem wurde das Waschbecken etwas tiefer als generell eingebaut um die Gebetswaschung zu vereinfachen. Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend und frisch. Die Suppen waren täglich unterschiedlich und super lecker. Ebenfalls waren die Limonaden hausgemacht und der Tee wurde immer frisch gekocht. Es gab in dem Hotel zudem immer kostenfreies Wasser und im unteren Bereich des Hotels auch einen Wasserspender. Wasserspender, an dem man sich immer bedienen konnte. Lage des Hotels/ Gegend: Wir sind das erste Mal in Ankara gewesen und hatten das Ziel die Stadt zu erkunden. Dies hat sehr gut geklappt, da das Hotel sehr zentral ist und man von dort aus alles erreichen kann. Direkt in der Straße des Hotels befindet sich auch alles zum täglichen Gebrauch. Das Hotel Personal ist wirklich super freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel an jeden weiter. Vielen lieben Dank.

Bu çağda hala odaya evlilik cüzdanıyla misafir alan nadir otellerden. Ödemeyi uygulamadan yapmış olmama rağmen ödeme yapılmamış diye ısrar ettiler. Banka uygulamasını gösterince “tamam biz bi bakalım” şeklinde dönüş oldu. Sabah temizlik sırasında koridorda oldukça gürültü yaptıkları için yorgun da olsanız belli bi saatten sonra uyumanız çok zor.
