「It is a good hotel. My pet peeve is no hot water for tea. The coffee wasn't hot either. It doesn't stay hot for long in the carafes. With no coffee makers in the rooms, there was no place to get hot water for tea.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「My husband and I had a great stay. The lobby was so cozy, the pool and hot tub were very clean. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts we have had. The only thing that I had to complain about was that in the description here it says free beer, wine and rail drinks 5-7. It is now only beer and wine from 5-6 and I don't drink either. 」
