"Nice that the skywalk to Baird Center is attached. The hotel is old but they say they are remodeling this year. Wish they had valet, as the parking lot is very close but when traveling with a lot of items it is very difficult. The restaurants in the hotel are nice. Starbucks is inside.and convenient. "

"I’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites. Front desk very friendly. Breakfast staff not friendly or helpful when the waffle machine wasn’t working. Pool way too cold. Room extremely hot. They brought a box fan but said since it’s Winter (April 11) ac was not available. We stayed 5 days and no one came to clean. We had to keep going to desk"
