Receptionist confirmed but did not even know where to find this on their website. Restaurant Cafe Mimosa is open for breakfast but service was so slow we left and found a nearby cafe. "

"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response.
