"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. "I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and the area was quiet. Very walkable to everything around Old San Juan. Even a thirty minute walk from Escambron beach. I lived my experience here and definitely will be returning next time I am in San Juan."
