「The room was very spacious and clean.」

「The property itself was beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The first night we had a waitress that really set us off, as she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Made us not want to have dinner there the rest of the trip. My kids loved the pools, lazy river and water slides. Great place.」

「First off I would stay again. The staff was nice and very clean. However, Our room had no hot water, we did tell them and it did not get fixed the second day but reduced our rental rate by 50% However, since we booked through Hotels.com we need to go through them for refund, as I write this on 6/24/24, hotels.com has not been able to speak to the hotel manager. My only other "complaint" was the air conditioner, it was loud but I contribute that to the age of the unit.」

「Great pool area which has preserve/ trees behind it. Very serene. Employees are the very best for all concerns. 2 bedrooms at reasonable rate. We are still waiti g on the updates to come as the furniture, carpet and kitchen area are very dated. 」
