「The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. 「小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍」

「The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. 「We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel...
