「斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。」

「Front desk was sympathetic for our room not being ready at 3pm. We were given a text maybe around 4pm or 5. Not quite sure over a month later but everything was fine. We did have to wait on towels to be cleaned before we received enough for the whole family. We were in town for the Grizzlies vs Spurs and went to the Lorraine Hotel.」

「I really enjoyed my 4-days in Memphis. This Double tree had good food and good housekeeping. Jazmine at the front desk along with 2 other ladies (waited 2-weeks to do the review) were outstanding. Different people from my group arrived at different times and everyone had only nice things to say about check-in including the very helpful valet car attendants.」
