「The staff was friendly and helpful. The long term parking was great in that there was plenty of security. The shuttle service did a fine job getting us to the airport and back again. Other than the property being a bit run down it was a fine experience.」

「The room was overall nice. It either appeared that the room hadn’t been stayed in for awhile because of the dust that was on the lamps or either dusting isn’t part of the day to day room cleaning. While breakfast was supposed to have been included, it wasn’t because the staff informed us that the cook had called in and there was noone at the moment to prepare food. It would have been nice to have an alternative option and to not hear the staff talk about the staff and management issues.」

「My stay here was amazing. I visit to see family who is in the hospital during a very sensitive time in my life and I am so happy I picked this hotel. The staff was amazing the entire stay and so helpful. The free breakfast every morning was great and plenty to choose from. The coffee and tea was great. Everyone was nice, helpful, and friendly. 「I stayed here twice the first check in wasn’t as pleasant as the second one, she was rude felt like we were bothering her, she had to change our room cause the tv didn’t work & I asked are you sure that tv works we don’t want to have to change again she says no with ugly attitude I asked can she check before she said no I then asked could you bring us our new keys it was a no.
