「I enjoyed the great nights sleep. In the morning there was a family with 3 children running around & screaming VERY loudly at breakfast. No one from staff asked them to step outside or settle down their unruly children. Many customers were dismayed; yet no one on staff handled the situation. 」

「We stayed 2 nights seperated by 2 nights at the doubletree by Hilton hotel in Columbia SC. Although the rooms were simular, the service could not have had more contrast. We were greeted by Samantha both nights we stayed at the Hyatt in Germantown. Samantha was helpful, friendly and reflected a person who was happy in their workplace. Tne doubletree people we encountered were cold and more concerned with something other than us as we checked in. My son and I made this 5 night trip to go to...

「Good basic accommodations. Room was supposed to include breakfast, but breakfast staff had to leave early, so they shut it down 2 hours earlier than advertised, with no alternative and no apologies. Facility was basically clean, but there were cigarettes and trash in the elevators. 」
