「I stayed at this hotel for 14 days . The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the shopping mall and many places to eat around . Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . 「El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona norte de la ciudad, cerca a supermercados, restaurantes, panadería, centro comercial, y apesar de que está sobre la avenida no se escucha mucho ruido. El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones son muv buenas y el hotel es muy bien conservado. En general es buena opción para hospedarse. Lo único malo es que se escucha mucho el ruido de afuera de las zonas comunes del hotel, entonces para las personas que les molesta...

「Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food! This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely go back next time I am in town. 」

「La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, resulta muy conveniente para conocer la ciudad. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y solo había un ventilador pequeño, por lo que siempre nos sentimos sofocados y con bochorno. La cama, el armario y el televisor muy bien, pero la ventilación si muy deficiente. Respecto al baño, el sanitario no tenía tapa y el jabón era de barra pero parecía jabón de cocina. La ducha estaba perfecta.」

「La estadia la hace fabulosa sus afitriones que son muy amables y serviciales. En relacion con las instalaciones hace falta ventilacion en las habitaciones y son muy sencillas. El comedor tambien puede mejorar. Por el precio esta bien pero es importante saber que la casa como se ve es de los duenos, los huespedes usan las habitaciones, el comedor y la piscina. Es un lugar muy agradable y como lo dije, sus afitriones son espectaculares.」
