"Yes the property is older but it was clean and the price was very good. We enjoyed being able to walk to Grand Canyon Brewery/Distillery for dinner. It was only about .2 miles from the apartment/motel. "

"It is a 2 star location, so, essentially a bed and a shower. The surroundings were bare and basic, so was the carpet in the hallways etc. But it is inexpensive, so one cannot expect much. Good place for a bed and a shower."
