"Older motel that needs updating, paint, new linens "

"So, it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for the price, it was just what we needed for a quick overnight stop in Kanab! Room was comfortable, location was great. And did I mention it was cheap? "

"The check-in was really good was fast and the lady was very attentive and professional. The place is under construction and renovation so there is some obstruction at the entrance level. The third floor is also under construction. The place is quite comfortable and they have a very good breakfast . If you’re traveling to this area, this is an excellent stop."

"Older place but seems to be in excellent shape and clean. Check in was quick, nice lady at the desk. Great view from my room. Place is a bit out of town, (less than 20 miles from Page) but nice and quiet. Will stay here next time I'm staying in the area."

"I like staying at Hampton Inn hotels, and this one did not disappoint. The hotel seems to have been recently updated; everything is new and the room was well-designed with all the necessary amenities and convenient features. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"Such a nice motel! And Travis is an excellent host, giving us tips about dining and about making future reservations. The room we reserved was a "cozy" room, a fact not made clear on Expedia. It was a lovely room, but there wasn't much space. It was great for one night, and the price was great. The $10 breakfast buffet was delicious."

"Total cost was equal, if not less, than the surrounding properties once you include the pet fees and accessibility to the amenities. Chose it due to dog minded amenities such as the dog park, dog wash, and free laundry. Breakfast is non-standard but good. Food is more focused toward healthy, clean, and vegan (oats, chia, fruits, and vegan omelets) "

"Reasonable price and clean room"

" It was a quick one night stay. The main reason we booked this accommodation was because of complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing to know that they did not serve breakfast at all during the time we stayed. There are not many dining options nearby either. ( this was during December, so don’t know how things are during peak travel season) The property seemed old and room quite stuffy."
