"Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. At one point in the evening after being out of the room for dinner we noticed the heat was not working correctly. Contacted the front desk & they had a maintenance man to our room within minutes. He fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!! Staff all around were very wonderful! "

"Had an amazing trip! Great food in Anchorage and the Heritage Center is a must see! We had a great stay at Comfort Inn. Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and nice options for breakfast. My one and only complaint (and maybe I expect too much) is I thought having an indoor pool in Alaska in what I call the middle of winter, the pool would be heated. I would have taken semi-heated. Nonetheless we didn’t swim but we still had a great stay! Thank you! "

"The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean. One of the two beds in our room was pretty well worn with two deep ruts for bodies and an uncomfortable ridge in the middle. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful. My only real criticism is that the parking lot needs sanding. It is an ice rink."
