"The property itself is well maintained. I really liked the climate controls in the room. I also really liked the breakfast. Hotel breakfast offerrings during and immediately after covid essentially disappeared. But they've brought it back in style here. There were many items to choose from and nothing ran out."

"The hotel was super clean, very quiet and safe. One of the staff his name is Isaiah from the valet he was very polite and friendly. Isaiah makes us feel like home thank you again Isaiah you did an excellent job."

"The building needs updating (the outside of the bldg needs painting, some small stains in the tub, etc), but it was very clean and a very good value for the amount they charged. Very nice front desk people. "

"We only stayed overnight for a road trip stop and it was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel was so cute and aesthetic. But the service we received was the best part. We checked in in the evening on 2/19 and Sariah at the front desk was a literal angel. As well as the 2 guys working Valet. It was Jeff and one other person. The hotel security guard who was from Dallas was also so great. This is the 3rd Pali Property I’ve stayed at and I will always continue with this company because of the service and standard they consistently meet. 12/10 every time "

"Loved everything about this except the limited parking. Assistant Manager Shanna was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The only complaint is we went to dinner and when we returned all parking spots were filled. Thus we had to park on the street. Luckily before we got to our room someone left and we were able to take their spot. Others had to park on the street though. "
