"The door to my room did not latch tightly; could be pushed open. The exterior door closest to my room, flashed green when I inserted my card; but wouldn't open. The fitness room doesn't open until 8 a.m. I had to leave the hotel to get to my meeting before that. Staff at check in were great. Beyond that, disappointed. "
