"Great hotel right in the heart of old town Bentonville and within easy walking to Crystal Bridges Museum. They let us check in a couple hours early, the room is spacious and attractive...and very clean. The restaurant downstairs was hopping although we just had a drink at the bar. Everything about this hotel is really nice. "

"My stay at this hotel was wonderful, but check in was horrible because of Hotels.com only. I changed my travel dates and hotels.com assured me that everything would be communicated with the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel they informed that they were never updated on my new dates. Luckily they had one room left at an upgrade with no extra charge. The hotel was wonderful, hotels.com needs to do better. "
