"Admittedly, I should have been suspicious that this hotel was in Port Allen, which is more of a Truckers Paradise, than a place you’d want to bring your kids. When I pulled into the lot and saw all of the trucks parked there, I immediately wished we had booked in Baton Rouge proper. I did ask the front desk if people stayed there from LSU all of the time, and he said yes, but during our short stay saw no one. Just tons of … men.
