"There were parts of the hotel that could have been updated. My biggest complaint was the property allowed tour buses to park and run right outside our window early in the morning. I didn’t care for that. It was noisy! "

"We booked Hotel Napoleon after a last minute decision to stop in Memphis. This boutique hotel is both aesthetically and practically appealing. Check in was seamless as they had our room awaiting our arrival, the amenities were plentiful and we even found a fun little welcome bag upon entering the room. A huge surprise when we found our room serviced after a day of sightseeing, most of which was walkable from the hotel. As frequent travelers, this is not something we often count on these days. Parking is simple in the garage directly attached to the hotel, in and out privileges even allowed. We truly enjoyed our brief stay and hope to be back someday. "
