"What an experience! This entire property is so well done, it’s amazing. The store, the hotel, the restaurants and bars are all beautiful. The displays of live fish were really nice and lots of information on everything. The room was great with a nice two-person tub, a comfortable bed, and an outdoor balcony. The Fish Bowl was a lot of fun, and Jay and Osvaldo provided excellent bar service. The 3rd floor bar was also nice and had breakfast buffet in the morning. We did not have one negative experience with any staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. "

"The entire experience at The Guest House was great. From the free drink vouchers to the nightly PB&J and milk. They say that you pay for the experience at places like this, but the amenities definitely made the price seem more reasonable."

"This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Receptionist could’ve had better energy and been more engaging. She ain’t even crack a smile. Overall stay was amazing."

"I stay here regularly when I travel to see my family. It is very clean and well kept and the service is great. I also really like the location which is close to the freeway, but provide the sense of separation from high traffic areas. During my most recent trip, I had two problems with items in the room. The first time the coffee maker did not work and the second time the bathroom sink drain cover would not lift up. I’m sure the hotel would have sent someone up to fix it immediately, but I arrived very late and didn’t want to have somebody up in my room at that time of night. Otherwise, my day was great as usual.."

"The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening. "
