"The Parador is located in a very unique place. It is in the National Park, with amazing pine trees, dunes, limestone cliffs, and miles of sand beaches. The views from our room were amazing. "Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely. The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. "The owner/manager was wonderful. The room and common area was very nice. There was only one thing about the room that was uncomfortable. I did forget to mention this to the manager, or it most probably would have been taken care of immediately. There was a blue light under the wall mounted TV in the bedroom that was really bright and stayed on constantly. We taped a cover over it, but seems like it could be painted black and problem would be solved."

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."
