"Our visit was so nice at the Loews. I wasn’t sure what to expect with some mixed reviews, but for us, the service, the facilities and the room were all great. Everyone who works at the Loews is so nice, starting with Alex at the Valet. It made our one nice staycation so fun. Our room was very nice. We were unfortunately next to a suite with a party which was quite loud (and the walls aren’t too thick), but by 11 it was shut down and not a problem. "
