「The heater/ac did not work. Devin was able to get us an electric heater that worked. The next day we needed the AC so we opened a window and turned the fan on the ac unit which was noisy. Was surprised room was not cleaned or trash emptied on any day. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant. Wish there was an ice machine since restaurant closed mondays. It was rustic with a great view!」

「I had rented a premium room and when i called the hotel to let them know i was going to be late getting there i was told they would leave the key in the room and leave the room unlocked and then gave me the room number. This was fine with me. Well i then received a call saying that the room they gave me was wrong and that they would have to change it, do to the fact someone was sleeping in it. They had no more premium rooms and would have to downgrade me. And they had no upgrades to give me....

「 Great cozy spot in the mountains. We really enjoyed meeting up with our travel companions in the mornings and evenings in the Main Lodge. Next time we stay we'll take advantage of the kitchen facilities but we enjoyed the hot chocolate, tea and coffee during our stay. The rooms were immaculate and adorable, beds were comfortable. 」
