"The lady who checked us in was excellent. I like how the hotel is coming along with the updates being made. I did have to kill a roach in my room, had a couple if hairs in the shower. But other than that, the room seemed clean. I would have loved to have the restaurant to review but it's still under construction. Hopefully prices don't go up too much, that way I can return to try out the restaurant. I loved being able to walk over to the beach so easily. If the price is right, I will return. "

"First time staying at the Historic Inn. Will definitely stay again. Recently renovated, very clean, reasonably priced, and great location. The owners basically do everything themselves and they were super friendly. "

"We stayed at the beachfront bed-and-breakfast in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida in March 2025. We found the staff to be very pleasant, and helpful. The room and the breakfast area were nice and clean. They were very roomy and pleasing to the eye. The establishment is owned by the hotel next-door. On the other side of the hotel is a mini golf course, that was fun. We found that you can only see the beach from the breakfast area windows on the second floor of that building.
